Ultimate Staffing Services is excited to announce an opportunity for a patient-focused Medical Assistant to join a dynamic Internal Medicine practice in
Greensboro, NC . This position offers an excellent chance for Medical Assistants who are eager to expand their clinical skills and gain exposure to
diagnostic imaging, including DEXA scans and X-ray procedures. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment and enjoy working directly with patients.
Key Responsibilities - Assist providers with patient care.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, procedures, and testing requirements.
- Support office operations to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Assist with DEXA scan and X-ray preparation and workflow.
- Learn imaging protocols, patient positioning, and diagnostic imaging processes under appropriate supervision.
- Cross-train to support imaging services while maintaining Medical Assistant responsibilities.
Qualifications - Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a physician office, outpatient clinic, primary care, internal medicine, or specialty practice preferred.
- Strong patient service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Interest in learning DEXA, X-ray, and other diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Schedule & Compensation - Monday through Friday, First Shift.
- Flexible schedule: 24-40 hours per week depending on your availability.
